As an external advisor with many years of CxO experience from across various industries, company sizes, functions and geographical areas, I can be your sparring partner to provide you with a high-level understanding of AI and to discuss any other current challenges and opportunities in absolute confidentiality and with an unbiased view. And once you feel personally confident and ready, I will support you with a tailor-made workshop to get the rest of your leadership team, or any other part of your organization, into the world of GenAI and what it can do for your business.

Based on my experience in recruiting and leading hundreds of people across many different markets and cultures, I can also support you in your hiring efforts, e.g. by interviewing your final candidates and assessing them against a set of co-defined criteria.

Developing and implementing growth strategies has been a personal USP during my entire career at all the leading companies I have worked for. With this rich experience I can support you in challenging your current strategy, but also support you from scratch in coaching you and your team in the development and implementation planning of new strategies. This might include:

  • Coaching your marketing and product management teams during market analysis and segmentation of your target markets.

  • Workshop(s) with your leadership team to jointly align a strategy, building on the solidly proven OGSM approach.

Over the course of the last couple of years Microsoft has transformed its business model from a transactional/physical goods-based model (software license sales; on-premise computing) to a cloud-based service model, primarily focused on digital products (ESD = Electronic Software Download; POS activation codes; cloud consumption) and sold as subscriptions. Having gone through that transformation over an entire decade, I have current insights and knowledge to also support your business in similar types of organizational and strategy change. Next to the marketing and sales aspects, people and team motivation/qualification and culture topics are of the utmost importance in this process.
